Just wrapped up a quick wall repair and A/C installation for Ruffy over in White Plains this week.
The window frame had some pretty rough deterioration around the corners — gaps, crumbling material, the kind of thing that lets in air, moisture, and bugs without you even realizing it. We cleaned it up, made sure everything was properly sealed and secure, and got the new A/C unit fitted in cleanly just in time for the warm weather.
