In Bronx, NY, we painted, floored, and finished trim in a 960 sq ft, two-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op unit for the homeowner. Before we started, the living room and bedroom walls were scuffed beige with visible scribbles, the floor was a mix of old brown tile and worn wood, and baseboards were missing in the living room and bedroom. We began by demoing the old flooring and hauling it away, then installed new flooring throughout the unit. From there we patched the drywall around the electrical outlets, installed new white baseboards, and painted the ceilings, walls, closets, and doors. We finished by putting in new white outlet covers and switch plates. The finished co-op unit in Bronx, NY now shows light gray walls with semi-gloss white trim in the living room and bedroom, gray wood-look plank flooring, and crisp paint lines along the new baseboards, with matching outlet covers and switch plates.
