A full restoration is a sand and stain, at $6.50 per square foot of deck. Stripping an old finish and restaining is $5.50 per square foot. A pressure wash on its own is $1.13 per square foot. Stain and sealer we supply appear as their own lines on the quote, and you approve the color.
