Hardwood refinishing — sand, stain, and poly. We also handle demo and removal of existing flooring: carpet, vinyl, tile, and the adhesive or tack strips underneath. Subfloor inspection and leveling before any install begins — a flat substrate is what separates flooring that lasts from flooring that telegraphs every low spot after a year.
