We are a licensed, insured contractor based in Mount Vernon. We supply the paint and primer, and you approve the color and sheen. What we paint

How an exterior job runs
The house is pressure washed and left to dry. Loose and peeling paint is scraped, edges are sanded, bare wood is primed and open joints are caulked. Plants, walks, windows and fixtures are covered. Then two coats. We clean up at the end of every day. The quote states how many working days the job takes, and exterior work is scheduled around the weather.
