What we repair
Doorknob holes and anchor pull-outs. Cracks at corners, seams and around door and window frames. Popped screws and nail pops. Stained or sagging ceiling sections after a leak has been fixed. New drywall installation
We hang, tape and finish new board for whole rooms, remodels, attics and ceilings. Every install is finished to Level 4, the standard paint-ready finish: taped joints, three coats of compound, sanded smooth. New installation is $2.50 per square foot of wall surface. A full standard room, about 16 sheets of board, is $1,600. Ceilings are priced at twice the wall rate because the work is overhead. Skim coating, demolition of old board and fire-rated board for garages and basements are quoted as their own lines.

What to expect
A patch takes two to three visits, because each coat of compound has to dry before the next one goes on. We protect floors and furniture and clean up at the end of every visit. When we leave, the surface is sanded and ready for primer and paint. The estimate states how many working days the job takes.
